Brett Voyles

Program Assitant

Brett joined the DPLF team in May 2021 as a Programs Assistant. Previously, she worked for two years at the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI) on the Latin America and Caribbean team as a Senior Program Assistant on a wide-array of issues and topics across the region such as the political participation of marginalized groups, election observation, and Open Parliament. 

In 2019, Brett graduated from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service with  a B.S. in International History with summa cum laude honors, focusing on mid-20th century Latin American history. Brett has also studied Spanish and history in Guatemala, Peru and Uruguay.
