Tatiana Rinc\u00f3n is a lawyer with a doctorate in Law. She currently serves as a consultant at DPLF and provides advisory services to the international department of I(dh)eas Strategic Human Rights Litigation in Mexico.<\/p>\n
Previously, Tatiana held key roles and made significant contributions within various institutions and organizations. In Colombia, she served as an advisor to the National Commission for Reparation and Reconciliation (CNRR), where she was also an active member of the Historical Memory Group. Her international experience includes working with the Foundation for Justice and the Democratic Rule of Law (FJEDD) in Mexico, the Center for Justice and International Law (CEJIL) in Washington, and the Colombian Commission of Jurists in Bogot\u00e1.<\/p>\n
Tatiana has also lent her valuable expertise as a consultant to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) and the International Development Law Organization. In academia, she has taught at the University of Rosario in Colombia, offering courses in essential subjects such as Legal Theory, Theories of Justice, and Theories of Legal Argumentation.<\/p>\n
She completed her undergraduate degree in Law at the Externado University of Colombia in Bogot\u00e1 and pursued her doctorate at the Carlos III University of Madrid, Spain. She furthered her education with a postdoctoral fellowship in political and moral philosophy at the Autonomous Metropolitan University (UAM) in Mexico. Additionally, she holds an Advanced Diploma in Logic and Philosophy of Science from the National University of Distance Education (UNED) in Spain.<\/p>\n
