The discussion will focus on how security policies adopted in the country have promoted human rights violations <\/span><span class=\"s7\">including<\/span> <span class=\"s7\">arbitrary detentions<\/span><span class=\"s7\">, but also torture, disappearances, and extrajudicial executions<\/span><span class=\"s7\">.
