When Corruption Affects Us <\/strong><\/em>is a series of articles aimed at shedding light on a perspective often overlooked in the fight against corruption: that of the victims. Through reflections, case studies, and concrete experiences from across Latin America, this initiative brings together voices that explore how corruption directly impacts individuals and communities\u2014and how civil society organizations have worked to promote their active participation in judicial processes, seeking justice and comprehensive reparations.<\/p>\n

This series is intended as a space to share information, learn, reflect, and engage in dialogue based on comparative experiences. Here you will find articles highlighting good practices and challenges faced in different countries across the region, as well as legal developments and tools that strengthen the role of victims and civil society in anti-corruption efforts.<\/p>\n

The experiences shared aim to inspire the collective construction of possible pathways that can be replicated or adapted to different contexts.
