Victoria Barrientos is a Salvadoran lawyer with a master’s degree in Public Administration. She joined DPLF in July 2018 as part of the team in El Salvador, where she supports various programmatic initiatives in the country.

Her professional background also includes experience in managing anti-money laundering efforts and conducting social audits.

Victoria earned her academic degrees from the Central American University “José Simeón Cañas.”
