Arbitrary Detentions under El Salvador’s State of Exception: An Analysis in Light of the Country’s UPR

Together with Rights and Security International, the Centre for Civil and Political Rights (CCPR Centre), and the Due Process of Law Foundation (DPLF) will discuss the challenges and strategies for defending human rights in the context of violence and insecurity, with a focus on El Salvador.
